• We provide guidance in selecting an appropriate detox and treatment program that will meet the needs of your employee.
• While your employee is in treatment, we provide coaching for his or her spouse.
• Upon discharge from treatment, we immediately meet with your employee and help prepare them for their return to work and to begin relapse prevention.
• We meet with your employee every week for at least one year.
• In addition to the weekly meetings, we are available to talk and meet with your employee as needed.
